Pressure Washing Disclaimer

This document serves as a binding agreement and disclosure of risks associated with pressure washing services performed by Black Sheep Pressure Washing LLC (hereafter referred to as "The Company") at the client's property (hereafter referred to as "The Client"). By accepting and scheduling service, The Client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. General Limitation of Liability

The Company is committed to using professional equipment and industry-standard best practices. However, pressure washing inherently involves risks. The Client understands that The Company shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to, damages to surfaces or property that are a result of pre-existing conditions, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or factors outside of The Company's control.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions and Surface Integrity

The Client agrees to inspect their property for pre-existing conditions and disclose any concerns to The Company prior to service. This includes:

● Loose Materials: Any loose siding, paint, stucco, roofing shingles, mortar, or unsecured windows/doors.● Aged Surfaces: Deteriorated wood, weathered paint, brittle plastic, or oxidized aluminum.● Improper Installation: Surfaces, fixtures, or seals that were not installed according to manufacturer specifications (e.g., poorly secured flashing, non-water-tight seals).● Oxidation/Fading: Pressure washing can sometimes reveal previously hidden oxidation or uneven fading on surfaces, particularly vinyl and aluminum siding. The Client acknowledges that The Company is not responsible for the appearance of such underlying conditions.

If, during service, damage occurs to a surface determined to be compromised or improperly maintained (a pre-existing condition), The Company will not be held responsible.

3. Water and Chemical Usage

● Water Supply: The Client grants The Company the right to use an adequate water supply from the exterior spigot on the property. The Client agrees to ensure the water spigot is in good working order prior to service.● Chemicals/Detergents: The Company may use professional-grade, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for use on the specified surfaces. The Company will take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas, but makes no guarantee against accidental minor overspray or runoff.● Hard Water Stains: The Company does not guarantee the removal of hard water stains, efflorescence (white mineral deposits), or deeply set rust stains, which often require specialized, separate treatments.

4. Preparation and Access

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the following prior to the scheduled service time:

● Securing Property: All windows and doors are securely closed and locked.● Removing Obstacles: Removing all sensitive or easily damaged items from the work area (e.g., potted plants, furniture, decorations, vehicles, and breakable items).● Electrical Safety: Turning off and securing all exterior electrical outlets, light fixtures, and other electrical connections near the work area.● Pet/Child Safety: Ensuring all pets and children are secured indoors and away from the work area during the entire duration of the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Claims

● Immediate Inspection: The Client (or their representative) agrees to perform a post-service walk-through inspection with The Company to ensure satisfaction.● Reporting Damage: Any alleged damage must be reported before The Company leaves the premises or within 24 hours of job completion via written notice (email or certified mail). Failure to report within this timeframe may nullify any claim.● Resolution: If The Company is found responsible for direct damage caused by negligence, The Company's liability is limited to either repairing the damaged area or paying the Client for a reasonable repair cost, as determined by The Company.
